|  This is just to say, I am continually impressed with the "let's get it done" attitude on the part of you and all the other employees of PRONETS.
Example: Yesterday we had an issue with one of our mailing computers, the processing speed on mailing lists had dropped significantly. I called PRONETS from the road, and within an hour a technician was on-site, the problem fixed promptly - it was a "corrupt profile", nothing we could have repaired on our own, it took a real insight into how our software is configured, and where issues might arise.

|  After landing in Tonya’s knowledgeable hands, the reservations for our Bed and Breakfast have soared. She has made our web site highly visible on many search engines. Many of our customers have remarked on the ease with which they found us using key words that stated exactly what they were looking for. We have also had many compliments on the website itself. Tonya and the staff at Professional Networks, Inc. have been very helpful with the design and continued additions to our site. We are completely satisfied and plan to continue using their services.

|  PRONETS has fantastic personnel. Our technician constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide service to CSI. He is always there for us. One of the biggest benefits that we have received since hiring your company is our long term relationship with PRONETS personnel.

|  I have always gotten quick responses when calling about a problem and I really appreciate that. Right after taking over, our server crashed. Our service tech was onsite shortly after receiving the call and tried all he could on site to remedy the situation. At the end of the day, he took the server home and reloaded it and had us up and running the next morning.

|  What I like about your service is: Our technician is knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, courteous and dependable. If we call him with a problem he is always willing to help. There have been too many experiences (where your services have been valuable) to name just one, but I can tell you that I would and have recommended your company to anyone who needs an IT company. The benefits I received since hiring your company is great support to a vital part of my business.

|  By the way, Justin (PRONETS technician) was here the other day – he was very pleasant and unobtrusive, considerate of whose computer was available to him at what time, etc. Xerox was not nearly as fast in response and it took forever for them just to identify the issue. You guys are better!

|  Set Sales records 2nd - 3rd quarters. The web page has helped a lot. People ask "Who did that for you?" They are impressed. Sold one to a lady in Maryland who was moving back to Big Stone Gap, Va. and searched the web. Took her order over the phone with Credit Card and it was built and in place by the time she arrived.
