|  This is just to say, I am continually impressed with the "let's get it done" attitude on the part of you and all the other employees of PRONETS.
Example: Yesterday we had an issue with one of our mailing computers, the processing speed on mailing lists had dropped significantly. I called PRONETS from the road, and within an hour a technician was on-site, the problem fixed promptly - it was a "corrupt profile", nothing we could have repaired on our own, it took a real insight into how our software is configured, and where issues might arise.

|  PRONETS has fantastic personnel. Our technician constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide service to CSI. He is always there for us. One of the biggest benefits that we have received since hiring your company is our long term relationship with PRONETS personnel.

|  By the way, Justin (PRONETS technician) was here the other day – he was very pleasant and unobtrusive, considerate of whose computer was available to him at what time, etc. Xerox was not nearly as fast in response and it took forever for them just to identify the issue. You guys are better!

|  Just wanted to send you an quick email to compliment the service that we've been receiving from Dallas. We have been working on many different IT related issues lately and no matter how mundane or difficult he does a great job! If he doesn't know the answer he takes the time to research the issue and communicates effectively not only with myself but our end users.
Recently one of our engineering workstations here in Brewer got infected with the FBI virus, normal protocol is to send the workstation to your the shop for removal. Dallas took the initiative to try and remove it remotely. Before the da... read more
